We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Personal data is only collected on this website to the extent technically necessary. In no case will the collected data be sold or shared with third parties for other reasons, unless this is required to provide the service or is legally mandated.

3. Server log files

When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files:

  • browser type and version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • IP address of the accessing computer (anonymised)
  • time of the server request

This data is evaluated solely to ensure trouble-free operation of the website and to improve our offering. It does not allow conclusions to be drawn about a specific person.

4. Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, your details from the form including the contact data you provided there will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Processing takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 revFADP. You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing operations that took place up to the revocation remains unaffected.

Processor Web3Forms

For the technical forwarding of form entries to our email address, we use the service Web3Forms (Bytemarc Inc., United States). Web3Forms processes the transmitted data exclusively for the purpose of forwarding it to us and does not store it permanently.

Since Web3Forms is based in the USA, there is a transfer of data to a third country without an adequate level of data protection within the meaning of revFADP. By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer. For further information please see the Web3Forms privacy policy.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. Only technically necessary data is stored in the browser (e.g. for language selection).

6. External services

When accessing external links (e.g. to our booking platform ferienwohnungen-davos.ch or to our Facebook page), the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.

OpenStreetMap

On our contact page we display an interactive map. This map is provided by OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, based in the UK). When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap servers so that the map tiles can be shown to you. OpenStreetMap processes your data according to its own privacy policy. We deliberately use OpenStreetMap instead of Google Maps to avoid data transmission to large tracking providers.

The map only loads when you scroll to the corresponding section (lazy loading). If you don't want this, simply don't navigate to that section – then it will not load.
